About the author
I am Adam Rothschild, the CEO, CMO and founder of Doctrelo, LLC. I have an M.D. from the University of Illinois, and I am a practicing, board-certified family physician in Pittsburgh, PA. I also have an M.A. in Biomedical Informatics from Columbia University. Prior to my stint at Columbia, I completed a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in Health Sciences Informatics at Johns Hopkins. (As an aside, I would like to thank the National Library of Medicine for funding all of my formal medical informatics education.) I have spent (and continue to spend) a lot of time thinking about how we can improve health care through better use of information of all sorts. This type of thinking is the very soul of the software that we build at Doctrelo. In this blog I hope to share such thoughts with those who are interested.

Thank you for your thoughtful blog. At least someone sees the light. I am spearheading the “Radiation Safety Awareness Program” for Highmark that is rolling out over the next 2 months.
